It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in identical circumstances this Court disposed of W.P.No.19802 of 2016 by way of an order dated. 23-06-2016 and a copy of the said order is also placed on record along with writ petition as a material paper. The operative portion of the said order reads as under: - " Heard both sides.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the respondents shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2015 before disbursement of the compensation amount in respect of the subject land. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. Registry is directed to enclose the copy of the order in W.P.No.19802 of 2016 along with this order. 7.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
