This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing off the application of the petitioner filed on 06.12.2019 for deletion of land in Sy.No.20, to an extent of Ac.1.10 of Jalpally Village, Ranga Reddy District.

The case of the petitioner is that he made application for deletion of the subject land from the list of prohibited properties on the ground that the subject lands are assigned in the year 1950 i.e. much prior to the commencement of condition of non-alienation clause into force. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent-District Collector to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 06.12.2019 and take action accordingly within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
