This writ petition is filed for the following relief: ...to issue an order writ or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of 2nd and 3rd respondents herein in not considering representation dated 19.02.2019 for sending 2nd sample to food laboratory Nacharam Hyderabad for 2nd opinion as illegal arbitrary and violation of Article 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein to consider my representation 19.02.2019 and send the 2nd sample which were collected on 23.10.2018 in vide C.O.R. No 202 of 2018 on the file of SHO Bodhan to the Food Laboratory Nacharam Hyderabad for 2nd opinion..."

When the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader for Excise appearing for the respondents placed before this Court, the proceedings, dated 21.02.2019, issued by respondent No.2Distrcit Prohibition and Excise Officer, Nizamabad rejecting the application of the petitioner.

In those circumstances, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
