When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents have issued proceedings dated 03.09.2019 and with the issuance of the said proceedings, the grievance of the petitioners has been resolved.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has not disputed the submission made by the learned Government Pleader. This Court, having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, is of the considered view that with the issuance of the proceedings dated 03.09.2019, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
