THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.1882 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner/A-4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.15 of 2016 on the file of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam on 03.02.2016.

2. Heard.

3. By order, dated 3.2.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.15 of 2016, the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Visakhapantm, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner/A-4 in Crime No.130 of 2015 of Makavarapalem Police Station, directed her to execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two Government sureties of like sum each to the satisfaction of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narsipatnam apart from other conditions.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is very difficult for the petitioner to get two Government employees as sureties and by imposing such condition, the Court virtually denied her relief.

5. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is a lady and since no contraband was recovered from her, the condition of directing the petitioner to furnish two Government sureties is substituted with two local sureties.
