On 23.01.2020, none appeared and there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
