THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 1817 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 109 of 2013 on the file of Hayathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.

Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet on 27.03.2015 before the Court of the VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hayathnagar and the same was numbered as C.C.No. 340 of 2015. It is also brought to my notice that the case was listed for appearance of the accused on 15.07.2015.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioner under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
