It is agreed by both the learned counsel appearing for the parties that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by common order dated 31‐ 03‐2015 passed in WP No.33343 of 2012 and batch. 2.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of for the reasons stated and in terms of the common order dated 31‐03‐2015 passed in WP No.33343 of 2012 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case shall also stand disposed of. 3.

Let a copy of the common order dated 31‐03‐2015 in WP No.33343 of 2012 and batch be annexed with this order.
