THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20375 of 2012 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that the police authorities were not investigating Crime No.432 of 2012 on the file of Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, and taking necessary action against respondent No.4.

Relying on the written instructions dated 29.06.2015 received from the Inspector of Police, Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that final report dated -06-2015 was filed under Section 173 Cr.P.C., before the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, in relation to Crime No.432 of 2013 wherein the police authorities reported that the case was pending investigation for more than three (3) years without any clues and referred it as 'Undetectable'. In the light of the aforestated developments, it is for the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies available to him in law as regards the conclusion arrived at by the police authorities. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the writ petition is dismissed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
