This Writ Petition is filed alleging that appeal bearing I.D.No.APPL12346 filed by the first petitioner on 16.05.2018 to grant recognition under the provisions of NCTE Act, 1993, for B.Sc. B.Ed. 4 years Integrated course, was not considered and disposed of, causing lot of hardship and sufferance to the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel informs that on 18.02.2019 the appeal was heard and now it is at the stage of passing of orders considering the submissions made by the appellant before the Committee and submits that orders would be passed within one week.

Learned counsel for the petitioner while submitting that having regard to the cut off date 03.03.2019, the appellate authority ought to have passed orders and non-passing of orders is causing severe hardship to them, would agree for disposal of the appeal within the time limit sought by the learned Standing Counsel.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent-NCTE to pass orders as early as possible, in any event within one week from today.
