Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition. He also filed a letter, dated 23-04-2019 to the Registrar (Judicial) to that effect.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
