HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.11959 of 2006 ORDER:

The Writ Petition is filed declaring the inaction of respondents, in taking action on the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2006, as being illegal and arbitrary. A consequential direction is sought to respondents to conduct a thorough probe into the matter and allot flats to the eligible beneficiaries.

As the relief sought in the writ petition is only disposal of representation dated 10.02.2006, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 10.02.2006 in accordance with law, if it is not already disposed of.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
