Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General for India, and Ms. Anita Swain, learned counsel on caveat for the unofficial respondents.

Both the learned counsel concede before this Court that the issue arising for consideration in this batch of cases was the subject matter of W.P.No.13338 of 2016 which was dismissed by order dated 21.04.2016. A copy of the said order is placed on record. In terms of the afore-stated order and for reasons alike as were mentioned therein, these writ petitions are dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
