Subhash Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to transfer C.C.No.56 of 2013 on its file to the 3rd respondent for hearing and disposal.

Even according to the case of the petitioner, the jurisdictional commission to hear the said C.C. is the 2nd respondent and hence, we are of the view that no direction can be granted as prayed for. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
