THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.1O15 OF 2O22 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, t973 (for short'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionerAccused No,1 to quash the proceedings against him in FIR No.892 of 2021 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Gachibowli Police Station, Cyberabad District. The offence alleged against him is under Section 306 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC').

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the Record. 3.
On the basis of the suicide committed by a girl namely Mounika, the FIR was registered under Section L74 of Cr.P.C. The said crime-was registered on 24.08.2021. The police filed alteration memo before the XII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally, on 08.09.2021 stating that this petitioner and Mounika were.in love with each other and
unable to bear the fact that this petitioner had engagement with another woman, she committed suicide.
4. Apparently, the petitioner marrying another woman would not amount to abetting the commission of suicide by the deceased Mounika.

Since the case is under investigation, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer in FIR No.892 of 2021 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Gachibowli Police Station, Cyberabad District, to conclude the investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner - Accused No.l, Further, the petitioner - Accused No.l shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed off.
