This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing the appeal filed by the petitioner bearing appeal No.B394/2018.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner filed appeal under Section 5(5) of the A.P.Rights in Lands and Pattadar Pass Books Act,1971, in the year 2018 vide file No.B 394/2018 and the same is not being disposed of by the 2nd respondent, till date. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and unofficial respondents, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve months. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
