This Writ Petition has been filed for grant of fishery rights in the subject tanks for the period 2011-2013. The period of lease, sought for in the Writ Petition, expired more than four years ago. The cause in the Writ Petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court. The Writ Petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
