THE HON'BLE Dr . JUSTI CE SHAMEEM AKTHER CI VI L REVI SI ON PETI TI ON No.4 8 5 7 OF 2 0 0 9 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the revision petitioners would submit that notice sent to the revision petitioner No.1 returned with an endorsement "deceased" and till date, nobody has come forward on behalf of the revision petitioners to give instructions to proceed with the civil revision petition.

Learned counsel for the respondent is present. It appears from the record that the legal representatives of the deceased-revision petitioner No.1 and revision petitioner No.2 have no interest to pursue the matter.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. ______________________ Dr . SHAMEEM AKTHER, J Date: 20.02.2020 ssp
