The learned counsel for the revision petitioner has filed a letter, dated 12.12.2019, before the Registry stating that the subject suit O.S.No.59 of 2018 on the file of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy district at L.B.Nagar, was dismissed as not pressed on 05.12.2019 and nothing survives for adjudication in this revision, which is filed challenging interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
