Sri Y.V.S.S.Siva Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh case after rectifying the defects. Sri G.Masudhan Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri T.Sudhakar Reddy, learned standing counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4, states that he has no objection. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed was withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.
Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
