O R D E R

Heard Mr. Mohd. Ghulam Rasool, learned for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents. The petitioner complaints against the inaction of respondents in investigating the crime in FIR.No.132/2013 dated 21.2.2013, as illegal and unconstitutional.

On 23.4.2013, the writ petition was adjourned at the instance of respondents for getting instructions in the matter. The Assistant Government Pleader for Home, based on written instructions dated 24.4.2013, submits that charge sheet was filed on 15.3.2013 before VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, Rangareddy District and the 2nd accused is facing trial. As the prayer is one against inaction, since charge sheet has already been filed, the learned counsel for the petitioner, requests this court to place the statement of the Assistant Government Pleader on record and close the writ petition, as no further order is necessary. Statement of Assistant Government Pleader for Home, is placed on record.
