THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.3760 OF 2020 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing counsel for respondents. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly concede that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 10.12.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25711 of 2019. Following the order dated 10.12.2019 in W.P.No.25711 of 2019, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit an application to the respondents seeking electricity service connection with respect to the subject plot within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon receipt of such application, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the prescribed procedure and communicate the same to the petitioner. This entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (08) weeks thereafter. No costs.
