THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.3197 OF 2018 ORDER:

It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition at paragraph No.6 that the petitioner herein is ready and willing to pay the amount as demanded by the respondent bank if a reasonable time of two months is granted.

Sri E.Kalyana Chakravarthy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent bank, on instructions, has submitted that the respondent bank is willing to consider the said request and a reasonable time may be granted.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, granting two (2) months time to the petitioner herein to pay the amount. In the event of non-payment, it is open for the respondent bank to take action in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
