HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO COMMON ORDER:

Petitioner filed W.P.No.3457 of 2012 praying to declare the action of the respondents in not permitting to discharge his duties as the Contract Lecturer in the Department of Computer Sciences in 5th respondent college on the ground of oral

termination without following due procedure. The same petitioner also filed W.P.No.22999 of 2012 declaring the action of the respondents in not including the name of the petitioner in the list of renewals vide proceedings dated 09.07.2012.

2. When the matters are taken up for consideration, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is continued in service and as on today also, he is working as Contract Lecturer. In support of the stand, counsel for petitioner also produced proceedings dated 21.07.2015, wherein his name is included against serial no.19 in S.V.Oriental College, T.T.D. Tirupati. It is also stated that petitioner is also paid the remuneration payable to him.

3. In view of the same, there is no subsisting grievance to the petitioner and no further orders are required to be passed in these cases. The writ petitions are accordingly closed. It is needless to observe that if petitioner has any grievance regarding his employment, it is always open to the petitioner to avail such remedy as available in law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petitions shall stand closed.
