THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.3999 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the third respondent in conducting the enquiry under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, on the objection/representation dated 04.01.2018 filed by the petitioners against the claim of respondent Nos.4 and 5 for mutation of their names in the revenue records in respect of the petitioners' subject land.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader produced before this Court a copy of the written instructions from the Tahsildar, Shabad Mandal, stating that the succession orders were already issued on 20.12.2017 in favour of the wife and mother of the deceased and an endorsement to that effect was communicated to the petitioners on 19.01.2018.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition has become infructuous, and the same is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
