ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have not taken any steps to implement the order, dated 22.12.20L4 passed by this Court in I I I I W.P.No.38408 of 2014.

Respondent No.1-contemnor filed counter-affidavit wherein he stated that pursuant to the order, dated 22.12.2074, he conducted detailed enquiry and issued notices to the petitioners under Section 15(1) of A.p. Water, Land and Tree Act, 2002 vide Eiroceedings No.B/122/20L5, dated 06.11.2015 and was pleased to pass orders vide proceedings No.B/722/2015, dated 20.ll.2Ol5 seizing the bore weils situated in Sy.Nos.52/l and 52/5 of Mallapur Village and enclosed the copies of said proceedings as material papers along with the counter-affidavit.

3. In view of the compliance of the order, dated 22.12.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3B408 of 2014, no further adjudication is required in the contempt case. 4.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
