This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents herein in causing enquiry into the acts of misappropriation of funds of the Temples i.e., Sri Ramalingeswara Swamy Vari Temple and Sri Mallikarajuna Swamy Vari Temple situated in Raghavapuram Village, Nandigama Mandal, Krishna District, by respondent No.5 herein and taking steps for recovery of the same from him, as illegal and arbitrary.
Sri S.Sridhar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 28-12-2015, to the Registry to post this Writ Petition under the caption 'for withdrawal' as the petitioner intends to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition.
Neither, in the aforesaid letter, the petitioner has stated any reason for reserving to himself the liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition nor, at the hearing, the learned Counsel representing him is able to state the reasons. Hence, while acceding to the request of the petitioner to withdraw this Writ
Petition, his further request to reserve to himself the liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition is rejected. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
