The Court made the following:

ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in proceeding against the mortgaged properties of the petitioner for recovery of the outstanding amount, invoking the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, vide letter, dated 06.02.2014, of respondent No.2, without considering the petitioner's representation, dated 06.03.2014, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently to direct the respondents to drop all further proceedings in pursuance of the aforesaid letter.

2. Mr.Challa Dhanamjaya, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter, dated 25.07.2016, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is stated that he was instructed by his client to withdraw the writ petition. Today, at the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has reiterated the contents of the aforesaid letter.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 17.04.2014, in W.P.M.P.No.14808 of is vacated and W.V.M.P.No.2538 of 2014 and W.P.M.P.No.14808 of 2014 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
