HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 7178 OF 2004 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not paying service benefits for the service rendered by the petitioner with the respondents.

The Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was appointed as Clerk with the respondents during 1977 and he was removed from service consequent upon Section 116-c of A.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1964.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not paid any benefits from 1977 till his removal and therefore, contends that appropriate orders may be passed directing the respondents to grant service benefits to the petitioner for the service rendered prior to his removal orders. 4.

This Court is of the considered view that this Writ Petition can be disposed of, directing the petitioner to make a representation seeking for the service benefits for the service rendered with respondents within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon such representation being received, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter.

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 6.
