The only grievance of the petitioners is that in spite of making statutory application under Form-6A for grant of pattadar passbooks together with supporting documents, as early as on 20-04-2015, the 3rd respondent has considered the same.

Heard the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the limited grievance of the petitioners and in view of the fact that the petitioners application is pending since four months, it is appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the said application and pass appropriate orders, expeditiously, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
