This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondents in reallocating or transferring the petitioner for admission into under Graduate Law Course innational University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkatta. This Court in W.P.M.P.No.21768 of 2009, by order dated 20.08.2009, permitted the petitioner to make representations to the respondents 2,3 and 4. Further, considering the fact that the petitioner was seeking admission into Law College in the year 2009 and now we are being in the year 2015, nothing survives in this writ petition.
