THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.10339 OF 2012 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

2. The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in not implementing the order, dated 25.11.1985, passed by the Mandal Revenue Officer, Shankarpally, to mutate the names of father of petitioners in the revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.8.30 guntas in survey No.124, Ac-0-04 guntas in survey No.125 and Ac.0-23 guntas in survey No.126 situated at Chandippa village of Shankerpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as arbitrary and illegal.

3. A perusal of the material on record would show that on 28.05.2011 the Special Grade Deputy Collector and the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chevella Division, Ranga Reddy District wrote a letter to the Collector, Ranga Reddy District requesting him to kindly examine the matter and accord permission to implement the Supplementary Sethwar as the same was not implemented in the present case.

In view of the above and as claim of the petitioners is to mutate the names of father of the petitioners in the revenue records and issue pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the lands referred to above, the Writ Petition is allowed directing respondents 2 to 4 to take steps in accordance with law for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the lands in question at the earliest. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
