This writ petition is filed for the following relief: ".....to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS (a) by declaring the inaction of the respondents in trying to acquire the land to an extent of Ac. 0.15 gts situated in Sy.No.18/A of Navipet Village of Navipet Mandal Nizamabad District of the petitioner even without initiation any acquisition or requisition proceedings contemplated under law as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust, improper and is in negation of the established Judicial precedents besides in violation of Arts14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India apart from violative of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently (b) direct the respondents not to acquire the land to an extent of Ac.0.15 gts situated in Sy.No.18/A of Navipet Village of Navipet Mandal, Nizamabad District of the petitioner...."
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 21.06.2017, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.20209 of 2017. Relevant portion of the aforesaid order reads as under: "Accordingly, the writ petition is deposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the subject property, except following the due process of law."
Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.
