The criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners herein in Cr.No.187 of 2013 of Kothagudem II Town Police Station, Khammam District. There is no representation for the petitioners. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the trial is completed and the petitioners/accused have already been acquitted. In view of the above submission, the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
