HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.806 OF 2019 ORDER: (Per SK,J) Sri Md. Asifuddin, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the order, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this contempt case, has since been complied with.

2. The learned Assistant Solicitor General would inform this Court that the amount due and payable to the petitioner in terms of the said order has now been deposited into his account.

3. We find that there is some amount of delay in compliance. We are however informed that the order was subjected to challenge before the Supreme Court and the Special Leave Petition arising therefrom was dismissed only on 10.12.2018. We are therefore not inclined to take a serious view of the short delay that ensued thereafter.

4. The Contempt Case is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.
