2. Sri S. Ramamohan. learned Assistant Covernment Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the investigating officer has already served the notice under Seclion 4l-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, on the petitioner on 24.02.2021. She has neither submitted her reply nor appeared before the investigating officer. Therefore, the investigating officer has arested the petitioner on 01.03.2021.
3. In view of the above submission of the learned Assistant Govemment Pleader for Home, cause in this writ petition does not survive requiring any further adjudication.
4. Therefore, the writ petition is closed, at the admission stage itself. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, il any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
