ORDER:
The purported inaction of the respondents in considering the petitioner's representation for shifting of the E.S.I. hospital from the existing place to another place is questioned in this writ petition.
A perusal of the record shows that the petitioner has not made representation to respondent No.2, who is stated to be the competent authority for taking a decision on the issue. Therefore, no mandamus can be issued. However, the petitioner is permitted to make a detailed representation to respondent No.2. Within a period of two months of receipt of such representation, respondent No.2 is directed to take a decision thereon and communicate the same
to the petitioner.
Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.38338 and 46242 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
