HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3066 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he submitted application dated 16.12.2016 to the 2nd respondent under 6 A for grant of pattdar pass books and title deeds and for mutation of her name in the revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.28 guntas in Survey No.13/AA/1/B, situated at Madhapuram Village, Turkapally Mandal, Yadadri Bhonagiri District, by paying requisite fee. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the application dated 16.12.2016 submitted by the petitioner for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds and for mutation in the revenue records, is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
