THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1677 of 2012 ORDER:

This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.PC challenging the order dated 27.6.2012 in C.C. No.62 of 2010 on the file of the court of IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kakinada, East Godavari District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the very purpose of filing of the criminal revision case has become infructuous. The submission is recorded.

3. Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed as infrcutuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Crl.RC shall stand closed.
