This writ petition is filed seeking regularization of services of the petitioners.

It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the services of the petitioners were regularized during the pendency of this writ petition. However, the petitioners contend that their services were not regularized with retrospective effect, but such is not the prayer in this writ petition. In view of the above, the cause in this writ petition does not survive and accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh case seeking regularization of their services with retrospective effect. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
