This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, seeking to quash the Charge Sheet No. 3 dated 24.1.2011 in FIR No. 15 of 2011 dated 18.1.2011 of Station House Officer, Nacharam Police Station, Rangareddy District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner/accused to withdraw the criminal petition. 3.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
