This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.376 of 2014 of Tiruchanur Police Station, UPD, Tirupathi.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition and also to direct the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Station House Officer, Tiruchanur Police Station is directed to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
