THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2067 OF 2011 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 28.02.2011 in Transfer Original Petition No.762 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the Principal District Judge, West Godavari, Eluru. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for both the parties, with one voice, submitted that the learned Principal District Judge, West Godavari, Eluru, may be directed to dispose of O.S.No.33 of 2009 and O.S.No.81 of 2008 as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the impugned order.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for both the parties, the learned Principal District Judge, West Godavari, Eluru, is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.33 of 2009 and O.S.No.81 of 2008, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
