THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Transfer Criminal Petition No.206 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioners seek for transfer of Crl.A.No.652 of 2012 from the file of the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad to any other Sessions Court at Hyderabad. The ground on which petitioners seek for transfer is that the Presiding Officer made certain observations on the Bench, due to which it appears that the Presiding Officer is prejudicial against petitioners.

The ground on which the transfer is sought is not germane to transfer the Criminal Appeal from one Court to another.

The said ground is untenable and cannot be countenanced.

I, therefore, see no merits in this petition. This Transfer Criminal Petition, consequently, is dismissed.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
