This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (lor short 'BNSS, 2023') seeking quashment of the proceedings in F.l.R.No.84 ot 2023 of Peddakothapally Police station, Nagarkurnool, against the petitioners.
