In view of the orders passed in W.P.No. 22289 of 2002, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition, as the petitioner in these two writ petitions is one and the same, and the Industrial Tribunal has already set aside the orders of removal from service with a direction to appoint the petitioner afresh.
