HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO PIL No.207 of 2015 & W.P.Nos.697 of 2013, 28492 of 2015 and 8579 of 2014 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) These four petitions seek relief in favour of 17 toddy shops and one toddy depot of the Toddy Tappers Cooperative Society, Mahaboobnagar (respondent No.4 in PIL No.207 of 2015). Learned counsel for the parties have fairly stated that we need not record reasons for disposing of these petitions and they have agreed for the following order.

"Respondent No.4-Society shall close all 17 toddy shops and the toddy depot forthwith. Respondent No.4, thereafter, shall make applications for running the said toddy shops and toddy depot to the concerned authority within a period of one week from today. The concerned authority shall consider their applications only after verifying that all 17 toddy shops and toddy depot have been closed by respondent No.4-Society. The concerned authority shall deal with the applications for licences, on merits, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the applications. It is open to respondent No.4 to challenge the order of the concerned authority, if it is adverse to them.

The amount deposited by the petitioner in PIL No.207 of 2015 in pursuance of the order, dated 10.08.2015, passed by this Court is directed to be refunded to the petitioner by demand draft or pay order." With these observations, the petitions are disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
