This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.30302 of 2O18, dated 27.O8.20t8.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 27.O8.2O18 passed by this Court in W.P.No.3O3O2 of 20 18 is complied with As the order of this Court is complied with, this Court is of the considered view that no further orders are required to be passed in this Contempt Case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move a fresh application, if the contempt still survives.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
