HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 14223 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel appearing for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the Criminal Court for taking passport in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India dated 25.8.1993. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by giving liberty as sought. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
