l The present Crimina-l Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioners in CC.No.628l of 2O2O on the file of the Court of V Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar.

No representation on petitioners' side on call. 3.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Pubiic Prosecutor, submits, on written instructions, that the proceedings in the calendar case are closed in the light of the compromise arrived at between both the parties and therefore, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition ll is dismissed.
